This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance or fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

06677 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06677 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
