This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor friction too high, exhaust cam adjustment bank 1 and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06671 Possible Causes:
06671 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06671 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from airbag controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
