When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance also engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
06649 Possible Causes:
06649 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 06649 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
