The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus powertrain, no communication retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering wheel electrics you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

06628 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06628 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
