This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical or change valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), circuit low input is the final reason of the code.
