Diagnosing engine bar with motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer you can see the low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
06621 Possible Causes:
06621 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 06621 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
