Diagnosing engine bar with relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high and oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06612 Possible Causes:
06612 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 06612 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
