Diagnosing engine bar with nox sensor bank 2, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage and wait then catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low is the final reason of the code. |
06607 Possible Causes:
06607 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 06607 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
