This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet, cylinder 6 (n245), electrical malfunction and 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
06607 Possible Causes:
06607 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06607 Code
- Inspect all the connections auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
