Diagnosing engine bar with transmission ratio, implausible retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground or change intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
06601 Possible Causes:
06601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06601 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
