When you open fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low and relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal will delay your vw fault. |
06598 Possible Causes:
06598 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06598 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
