When you open ignition switch run position, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 8 above knock threshold and wait then vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high is the final reason of the code. |
06571 Possible Causes:
06571 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06571 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
