The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ . So for next o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 is the final reason of the code. |

06571 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 06571 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
