This code were stamped on VW Engine case water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition switch run/start position, circuit low also injector control pressure sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
06557 Possible Causes:
06557 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06557 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
