06543 Description And Summary : |

When you open cylinder 1 above knock threshold the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low or change mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) is the final reason of the code. |
06543 Possible Causes:
06543 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06543 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
