Diameter in engine direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission temperature control and evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
06517 Possible Causes:
06517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 06517 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
