Staring in engine combustion detection during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit or glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
06501 Possible Causes:
06501 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 06501 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
