This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction or change ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
06498 Possible Causes:
06498 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
