Staring in engine ignition switch run/start position, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection air pump control, circuit low also engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
06466 Possible Causes:
06466 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 06466 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan (v7), difficulty of movement / blocked
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
