Diameter in engine bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake injector control pressure, too high - engine off or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

06457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 06457 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
