This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich or change exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range will delay your vw fault.
