The problem is about throttle actuator control motor, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high and oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low is the final reason of the code. |
06438 Possible Causes:
06438 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06438 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission temperature control
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
