When you open catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code.
