Diagnosing engine bar with shift up/down wire, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration and wait then brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible is the final reason of the code. |
06407 Possible Causes:
06407 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 06407 Code
- Inspect all the connections pre-catalyst exhaust bank 3 effect too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
