This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit you can see the exhaust bank 3, probe 1 no activity will delay your vw fault.
