On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
06402 Possible Causes:
06402 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 06402 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
