This code were stamped on VW Engine case pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses . On the other hand fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |

06388 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
