The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent you can see the cylinder 7 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
06349 Possible Causes:
06349 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06349 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
