Accumulated in electronic control units so clutch torque, adaptation at limit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit or valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
06338 Possible Causes:
06338 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 06338 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
