06314 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground and oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
06314 Possible Causes:
06314 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 06314 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
