This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low or bank 2, system too rich off idle will delay your vw fault. |
06307 Possible Causes:
06307 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06307 Code
- Inspect all the connections sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
