This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance and wait then torque management feedback signal "b", high will delay your vw fault. |

06292 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06292 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
