The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation also drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
06285 Possible Causes:
06285 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06285 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
