06279 Description And Summary : |

When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission control unit relay, short to b+ you can see the coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
06279 Possible Causes:
06279 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06279 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
