When you open shift up/down wire, open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus and exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit will delay your vw fault. |
06265 Possible Causes:
06265 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
