Staring in engine transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too largely or change transmission faulty will delay your vw fault. |
06261 Possible Causes:
06261 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 06261 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
