When you open particulate trap bank 2, efficiency below threshold retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) or change exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
06259 Possible Causes:
06259 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 06259 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
