Diagnosing engine bar with mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) it can suddenly lead to a significantly more function restriction due to brake temperature and wait then powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor is the final reason of the code. |
06255 Possible Causes:
06255 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06255 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
