This code were stamped on VW Engine case injector control pressure, too high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground and intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature will delay your vw fault. |
06228 Possible Causes:
06228 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06228 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
