This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake control module, coding fault and fuel level sensor 2, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
06224 Possible Causes:
06224 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06224 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
