06222 Description And Summary : |

When you open air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant fan (v7), open circuit and wait then secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
06222 Possible Causes:
06222 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 06222 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch pedal position (cpp) switch (f194), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
