06221 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injection pump, fuel calibration not learned retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor and throttle actuator control module, internal circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06221 Possible Causes:
06221 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06221 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defect
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
