This something to do with the intake camshaft timing power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit high or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
06220 Possible Causes:
06220 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06220 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
