Diagnosing engine bar with planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system immobilizer query not yet performed you can see the exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean is the final reason of the code. |
06216 Possible Causes:
06216 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06216 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
