06201 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal also nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
06201 Possible Causes:
06201 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06201 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
