Diagnosing engine bar with powertrain databus, implausible engine temperature message from inst. mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance also o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 is the final reason of the code. |
06199 Possible Causes:
06199 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06199 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
