Diameter in engine diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance or fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
06198 Possible Causes:
06198 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06198 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too high - engine off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
