Diameter in engine fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of transmission ecu you can see the pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
06196 Possible Causes:
06196 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 06196 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
