Diagnosing engine bar with fuel pump "b" control, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel pump circuit, electrical malfunction . On the other hand oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code. |
06163 Possible Causes:
06163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06163 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
