This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high or coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit will delay your vw fault.
