This something to do with the intake camshaft timing mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich you can see the diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency will delay your vw fault. |
06159 Possible Causes:
06159 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 06159 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
