The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground and wait then activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
06157 Possible Causes:
06157 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06157 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
